A traditional Latin American sponge cake roll made with a light and fluffy sponge, carefully rolled around delicious dulce de leche caramel and finished with a delicate dusting of icing sugar, toasted meringue or chantilly cream. A timeless favourite that pairs perfectly with coffee, tea, or as a sweet treat for any occasion.

Available in three delicious varieties:

  • Plain Dulce de Leche – Filled with our rich and creamy house-made dulce de leche.

  • Toasted Meringue – Filled with dulce de leche and finished with a layer of lightly toasted meringue for a beautifully caramelised flavour.

  • Chantilly Cream & Pistachio – Filled with dulce de leche and finished with fresh Chantilly cream and crushed pistachios.
