By placing an order with Marciano’s Latin Bakehouse, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure availability, particularly for custom cakes, catering boxes, and large orders.

Minimum order quantities may apply to certain products.

Pickup

Orders must be collected at the agreed pickup time and date.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate delays, however we cannot guarantee product quality for items collected significantly later than scheduled.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date.

Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, as products are often prepared in advance.

For large or custom orders, additional cancellation conditions may apply.

Payments

Some orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure the booking.

Orders will only be confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

Product Appearance

While we aim to replicate designs and colours as closely as possible, final decoration, colour tones, and finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Allergens & Dietary Information

Our kitchen regularly handles ingredients including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.

While we may offer products made without certain ingredients, we are not a gluten-free or allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

Customers with severe allergies should take this into consideration before placing an order.

Storage & Handling

Once products leave our premises, Marciano’s Latin Bakehouse cannot be responsible for damage or changes caused by improper storage, transport, or handling.

For best quality, products should be stored according to the instructions provided.

Catering & Empanadas

Catering items such as empanadas are typically packed cold for safe transport.
They should be reheated before serving according to the reheating instructions provided.
