Our Story

Marciano’s Latin Bakehouse is a family-run bakery in Melbourne, proudly crafting South American inspired Cakes and pastries since 1996. What started as a small local shop has grown into a place where tradition, flavour, and community come together one tray at a time.

We’re known for the classics our customers grew up with (and keep coming back for) flaky pastries, rich custards, handmade sweets, and South American-style breads baked fresh throughout the day. Everything we make is about balance bold flavour, generous fillings, and that “one more bite” feeling.

We bake traditional pastries, handcrafted cakes, and classic sweets inspired by South American baking. Our range includes South American-style breads, flaky pastries filled with custard and dulce de leche, custom celebration cakes, and café favourites served fresh every day.
