Refund Policy

Marciano’s Latin Bakehouse

Because our products are freshly baked and made to order, the following refund policy applies.

Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date to be eligible for a refund.

Deposits
Deposits for custom cakes, catering, or large orders are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of pickup.

Order Changes
Any changes to orders should be requested at least 24 hours before pickup. Changes cannot always be guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Allergens
Our kitchen handles ingredients including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We are not an allergen-free or gluten-free kitchen and cannot guarantee no cross-contamination.
